Led by Dr. Kai-Klemens Wehlage, honert provided legal and tax advice to ATHOS in connection with the acquisition of the traditional company Schülke by a consortium.

The Schülke company was founded almost 135 years ago and has since stood for innovation, quality and value. Headquartered in Norderstedt, Germany, the company employs approximately 1,200 people and generates sales in more than 80 countries with market-leading positions in Central and Eastern Europe, Australia and Brazil.

As an important partner to the healthcare industry with annually growing sales figures, Schülke stands for a tradition of holistic and value-oriented corporate culture, with a focus on organic growth and sustainability. Thus, Schülke actively contributes to the safety and protection of human health with its mission “protecting lives worldwide” in the strategic business areas Healthcare, Over the Counter, Direct Patient Care and Life Sciences.
