honert provided legal advice to the founder of Stefan Wicklein Kunststoffveredelung GmbH on the sale of all shares in the company to Louvrette GmbH packaging x design, a company of the QUADPACK Group based in Barcelona, Spain. On the seller side, the M&A process was accompanied by Concentro Management AG from Nuremberg.

Stefan Wicklein Kunststoffveredelung GmbH is an innovative supplier in the field of high-quality finishing of glass and plastic parts of all kinds and has been offering its customers individual all-in-one solutions for 35 years. The entire product cycle, from feasibility analysis to design support and consulting, protyping as well as packaging material selection to implementation, is “Made in Germany“ at the production site in Steinbach am Wald in Upper Franconia.

Louvrette is engaged in the development and manufacture of high-quality plastic packaging solutions and is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of design-oriented plastic packaging for face and body care products. With the acquisition of Stefan Wicklein Kunststoffveredelung GmbH, Louvrette is expanding its know-how and range of products in the field of product finishing and intends to add new innovative product solutions to its product range as well as to open up new market segments.

Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
