Florian Leßniak advises clients on M&A and venture capital transactions, as well as on matters of corporate law and partnership law.
Florian Leßniak advises medium-sized companies on national and international M&A transactions as well as on the establishment of joint ventures in Germany and abroad. Another key area of his practice is counseling start-ups and investors on venture capital transactions. In addition, he advises corporations on all matters of corporate law and partnership law, as well as on restructurings.
Before joining honert Florian Leßniak worked at the international law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in the areas of corporate law and M&A. He lives in Hamburg with his wife and his two children.
