honert advised Plattform 360 GmbH on its seed financing round. Founded by Fabian Wesner and Tim Niemeier last year, the company operates under the name ROQ Technology and offers a software platform to quickly launch web apps for various business models. Many companies face the “buy-or-build” question when it comes to digital solutions. With their new platform, Niemeier and Wesner, both former CTOs of Rocket Internet, offer a “buy” solution that is significantly more advanced and easier to customize than existing offerings on the market.

In the seed financing that has now been completed, ROQ Technology was able to secure around nine million euros from Flash Ventures. Flash Ventures is backed primarily by funds from Rocket Internet.
