Patrick Spalek advises our clients comprehensively on M&A transactions as well as in all areas of corporate and commercial law.
Patrick advises with respect to domestic and cross-border buy- and sell-side transactions in different industries, for entrepreneurs and corporate clients as well as for private equity investors, including the handling of legal due diligence procedures and the drafting and negotiation of SPAs together with all related transaction documents, shareholders’ and joint venture agreements.
Patrick has also substantial experience in advising national and international companies in all areas of corporate and commercial law, in particular with respect to transformation measures as well as restructuring and integration projects.
