A team from honert provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the shareholder of Rostock-Trans GmbH on the sale of company shares to the Bracchi Group.
Rostock-Trans is a German provider of specialized heavy-haul transport services for components of onshore wind turbines. With a highly specialized, modern fleet and proprietary transport solutions for rotor blades, the company delivers technically sophisticated, project-based logistics services for rotor blades, nacelles, and tower sections across key stages of the wind power logistics value chain.
The Italian Bracchi Group is one of the leading providers of specialized transport and logistics solutions. With the acquisition of Rostock-Trans, the German specialist in heavy and complex transport, Bracchi is strengthening its presence in the German market and further expanding its activities, particularly in the field of logistics for onshore wind turbines. By combining Bracchi’s integrated service capabilities with Rostock-Trans’s technical expertise, the companies aim to further strengthen their positioning as a partner for highly complex logistics projects. Lars Hennek, founder and CEO of Rostock-Trans, will continue to play an active role in the further development of the combined group.
