honert advised the CERTANIA Group on the acquisition of C-TEC Systemtechnik und Serviceleistung für Werkstoffprüfung GmbH.

With seven accredited calibration procedures and a high level of technical expertise, C-TEC ensures precision and compliance for customers in the automotive, aerospace, energy, and materials testing sectors.
Its customers include renowned industrial companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Airbus, Porsche, Mercedes, Siemens, and BASF.

Both parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.
