Judith Kutter advises medium-sized corporations and partnerships as well as their executive bodies and shareholders on all commercial and corporate law issues. She also advises our clients on domestic and cross-border sale and purchase transactions (M&A) in various industries, in particular on the implementation of legal due diligence procedures.
