Martin Schunke advises our clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions as well as on all areas of corporate and commercial law.
Martin Schunke mainly advises national and international companies on the negotiation and implementation of complex M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions. His expertise ranges from financing rounds and multinational corporate divestitures to management participation and exit transactions. In addition, Martin advises on joint ventures, cooperations and restructurings as well as on general matters of corporate law.
Martin Schunke has particular experience in the automotive, technology, e-commerce and life sciences sectors.
