Susanne Labus advises clients in all areas of tax law, in particular restructurings and corporate succession.
Susanne Labus advises companies and entrepreneurs in all matters of national and international tax law, in particular planning issues involving restructurings or corporate succession. Another focus of her legal practice is counseling clients on customs duties, excise tax and value-added tax matters. She wasa member of the tax specialist examination board (Steuerfachwirt(in)) of the Association of German Tax Consultants in Munich for many years, and a lecturer of restructuring tax law and accounting.
