ARNE HANSEN ADVISES CLIENTS ON CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS (M&A), VENTURE CAPITAL FINANCINGS AS WELL AS IN THE AREAS OF CORPORATE LAW AND LABOR LAW.
Arne Hansen advises companies on national as well as international M&A transactions. In addition he advises start-ups and investors on venture capital transactions. His legal practice also focuses on advising companies, entrepreneurs, and managers on all corporate law matters. This includes – if necessary – corporate and commercial litigation. Arne Hansen also advises companies on labor law matters, in particular with regard to restructurings and M&A transactions.
