A team from honert provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the shareholders of Stöffl Rudolf GmbH on the sale of company shares to the Lifco Group.
Founded in 1989 and privately owned ever since, the Austrian company based in Holzhausen has established itself as a specialist supplier of vibration damping components and sealing profiles for industrial sectors. The product portfolio includes technically advanced connecting and special parts made of metal, rubber, and plastic. With well over 20,000 items, Stöffl optimally covers all areas of technical elements and is considered a reliable partner for industrial companies in a wide range of industries.
In the 2024 financial year, the company generated sales of around €14.6 million and currently employs 13 people.
With the acquisition of Stöffl, Lifco is expanding its portfolio in the field of vibration damping components and sealing profiles for industrial applications and underlining its strategy of specifically expanding its system solutions business segment.
Konzept Partners AG from Regensburg acted as M&A advisor to the seller. Colleagues from PHH Rechtsanwälte provided support with Austrian law.
