honert advised the Bouygues Construction Group on the sale of Kraftanlagen Heidelberg GmbH and Kraftanlagen Service GmbH.
Kraftanlagen Heidelberg and Kraftanlagen Service have many years of experience in nuclear technology and support operators of nuclear facilities throughout the entire lifecycle – from planning, supply, and turnkey installation of process engineering systems to maintenance, overhauls, and retrofits. Their focus areas include post-operation activities and decommissioning, as well as solutions for the treatment, conditioning, and disposal of radioactive waste. In addition, Kraftanlagen Service GmbH provides flexible services including, among others, radiation protection, decontamination, dismantling, and installation. In this way, both companies combine high technical expertise and a strong safety orientation with hands-on implementation capabilities, thereby contributing to safe operation and responsible decommissioning.
