The enventa Group, an enterprise software house for ERP, BI and treasury management, has acquired the accounting software provider syska. honert provided comprehensive legal advice to the enventa Group on the acquisition of all shares. With the acquisition of syska GmbH, the enventa Group has taken another important step towards offering its existing and new customers excellent software solutions and becoming a leading player in the B2B software market. Founded in 1992, syska is considered a solution specialist for the accounting of small to large companies and institutions.

Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.

The enventa Group supports medium-sized companies and large corporations in generating added value from their extensive data, automating and streamlining business processes. The group, which was newly founded in April 2022, is a consortium of four software companies, including Nissen & Velten (ERP), texdata (ERP), aruba informatik (BI) and Litreca (financial solutions). The business software group offers one-stop solutions to more than 1,400 medium-sized customers at 15 locations. It currently employs more than 200 people and has more than 30 partner companies.

syska GmbH has specialized in software development since 1992 and is based in Karlsruhe. The company offers accounting solutions and serves a customer base of more than 3000 customers throughout the DACH region. The accounting software is aimed at small to large companies and institutions: With syska EURO FIBU for accounting tasks in small and medium-sized companies and syska ProFI, the comprehensive solution for medium-sized and large companies.
