Fiona Schönbohm advises our clients on matters of commercial & corporate law, such as M&A and Venture Capital Transactions as well as on the area of employment law.
Fiona Schönbohm focuses on consulting startups and investors on their foundation and financing as well as on M&A corporate transactions. This also includes strategic advice on successful and customized financing of startups with regard to different financing and investment models such as venture capital, employee and management participation programs (VSOP, ESOP) or convertible loans.
In addition, Fiona Schönbohm also advises on matters of employment law especially at the interface with corporate law and thus advises managing directors, board members and managers on their contracts, limitation of liability as well as on terminations and shareholder disputes
