Andrea Hötzel advises clients on M&A transactions as well as corporate and commercial law matters.
Andrea Hötzel advises medium-sized corporations and partnerships as well as financial investors on national and international M&A transactions, including its structuring. A further focus of her legal practice is advising companies and their shareholders as well as their corporate bodies on all matters of corporate law as well as certain areas of tax law.
Her Master of Laws in Taxation assures a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ tax-related interests when advising on corporate and commercial legal matters.
