A founding partner of the firm, Jochen Neumayer advises medium-sized companies as well as subsidiaries of foreign corporations, family-owned businesses, and their shareholders on matters of corporate law and tax law.

One focus of his legal practice is advising clients on restructurings and M&A-transactions, corporate succession issues, and crisis situations.

Jochen Neumayer regularly publishes journal articles on topics of corporate law and tax law. He is a co-author of the Handbook on German Limited Liability Companies (published by Dr. Otto Schmidt) and lectures on topics of corporate law and tax law.

Jochen Neumayer is married and has three children.
